About PETADD
PETADD is a business-to-business marketplace for the pet trade. Independent pet shops discover vetted brands, browse wholesale catalogues and order directly from suppliers — in one place, with one account.
What we do
We are the place where shops and suppliers meet. A shop finds a brand, sees its wholesale catalogue, minimum order and lead times, places an order and talks to the supplier directly. The sale itself is a contract between the shop and the supplier — PETADD runs the marketplace around it.
Who it is for
Retail pet shops buying wholesale, and brands, manufacturers and distributors selling to them. Businesses only: PETADD is not a consumer shop, and private customers cannot order here.
How we verify
Wholesale prices, ordering and messaging are open only to verified businesses. Shops and suppliers show that they trade as a business — company registration, tax or VAT number, a trading licence where their country issues one. Until verification goes through, the catalogue can be browsed but prices stay hidden: suppliers treat them as confidential commercial information.
